Challenges

I always look forward to meeting new clients and taking on the tasks of organizing their home, but sometimes the job challenges me to grow in my abilities to learn the intricacies of other people's lives and how to help them manage the process of allowing someone to go through the items of their home. Today was one of those days. I certainly can say it was one of the more challenging and mentally exhausting days I have had, with a lot more counseling, listening, and patience than usual, but in the end it gave me joy to see my client was happy and excited to schedule another session. Every day is an opportunity for growth, especially when we feel uncomfortable.
